The 2006-07 First League was the 104th edition of the First League. This edition was won by Meenton FC, who were promoted to the Premier League along with runners-up FC Northcity. Efertown FC and FC Blueford, which finished 11th and 12th respectively, entered the First League-Second League promotion play-offs; Efertown FC managed to retain their place in the First League but FC Blueford were relegated to the Second League and replaced by Southwood FC.
