The 2010-11 Premier League was the 22nd edition of the Premier League, and the first edition during which it was at the second level of the Patriam football pyramid rather than the first. This edition was won by Danver Football, and Otan City Reds finished as runners-up. Instead of just the top two, the top six teams of the table (i.e. the upper half) were promoted to the Major League, in order to "fill in" the newly created league, which had only six teams in the 2010-11 season. As a consequence of this filling-in, there were also no relegations.
